A man from Texas is accused of sexually accusing a girl.
A
guy in Central Texas is charged with sexually abusing a girl he drugged and
made to consume marijuana until she could not walk or move. On Wednesday,
police arrested a 20-year-old Moody man on allegations of sexually assaulting a
minor girl in March of 2021. After Elijah Villanueva's arrest for sexual abuse
of a minor in the second degree, bail was set at $10,000. An affidavit
supporting an arrest request states that in May 2021, a 17-year-old girl
accused Villanueva of sexually assaulting her. According to the affidavit, the
child was interviewed by forensics and re-alleged that Villanueva sexually
assaulted her. According to the affidavit, the girl was given a drink and
forced to smoke weed until she felt she could not walk or move. According to
her statement to the police, Villanueva told her, "I know you are high,
but I have been wanting this for a long time." He undressed her and began
kissing her. She claims that Villanueva covered her mouth as she screamed in
agony during the attack. Good that he has been arrested. Read
